This is a bright, refreshing blend that combines the citrus aroma of lemon verbena, the lemon flavour of lemon balm and the subtle ginger and citrus taste of lemongrass.
A limited edition for this year, it's already proving popular and is something we'll be doing much more of next year!

Ingredients: Lemon balm, lemon verbena and lemongrass
We grow without artificial fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides or peat and we employ no-dig methods to improve our natural environment both above and below ground.
Three lemons
Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup in an infuser or teapot. Use boiling water to brew for 5 minutes or longer if you prefer a stronger flavour.
